The 6 Chatham-Kent Rotary clubs banded together to sponsor CMHA Lambton-Kent's virtual Ride Don't Hide event for mental health. Currently Dresden, Chatham, Chatham Sunrise, and Tilbury are all duking it out for donation and fitness supremacy! Traditionally this event is a one day event taking place in Rondeau Park, but due to COVID-19, it is now a month long event at your own pace. Participants track their activity on a smartphone app, and the activity can be anything that is good for a person's mental health, whether it be knitting, gardening, reading a book or going for a walk.
Currently we have a 9 person team made up of Rotarians and friends of Rotary, and have raised $1000 plus 5,506 minutes of activity! (Each participant is encouraged to do 330 minutes of activity). Join us or support us!
