Chatham Sunrise Rotarians planted about 20 trees along the north east bank of McGregor creek inside Maple Leaf Cemetery on Monday, May 10. The small trees are split between the Nannyberry and the Bladdernut, both native to the Carolinian Forest.

The effort was guided by Randall Van Wagner and Greg Van Every of Lower Thames Valley Conservation Authority and is part of their Imagine McGregor Campaign and Rotary partnership.

Rotarians performing the planting were Ken Bechard, Mark Peacock and Glenn Smith. Friend of the club Murray Hebblethwaite also assisted.
