Sunrise Rotarians are all smiles while volunteering for the 14th annual Children's Water Festival.
This year's Children's Water Festival featured beautiful weather setting the scene for three memorable days at CM Wilson Conservation Area. The annual festival is sponsored by the Lower Thames Valley Conservation Authority and is supported by community volunteers - including Sunrise Rotary who manage the lunch tents and get the children to and from their buses every day.
This year nearly 800 3-5th graders visited the festival each day (Sep 30-Oct 2). We also had about 400 student, teacher and community volunteers over the course of the three days.
